摘要:
文中闡述了SF6電氣設備中的SF6氣體密度下降和微水超標的危害性,並綜合分析了SF6電氣設備中SF6氣體密度和微水監測的現狀。爲了預防這些危害,提出並研制了SF6電氣設備中氣體內部微水和密度的在線監測裝置,該監測裝置通過對SF6氣體的循環,實現了內部微水和密度的在線監測,實時了解SF6氣室內部水分含量和密度值的變化情況,這對掌握SF6氣體的狀態,及時預防和排除安全事故,從而保證供電設備的正常運行很有價值。
Abstract:
This paper elaborates the hazards to SF6 gas electrical equipment when the gas density decreases and its moisture exceeds the standard followed by a comprehensive analysis to the present situation of the online monitoring of SF6 gas density and moisture for high voltage apparatus. In order to prevent the potential harm, online monitoring device of internal moisture and density of the SF6 electrical equipment is proposed and developed. The monitoring device works basing on SF6 gas circulation. It realizes the online monitoring of internal moisture and density enabling a real-time understanding of SF6 gas chamber internal moisture level and density values. This system provides a valuable measure to taking all time control of the SF6 gas, which contributes to the prevention and elimination of hazardous incidents as well as to ensuring the safety running of electrical equipments.
