摘要:
爲探究繼電保護動作時,真空斷路器開斷35 kV並聯電容器時過電壓産生機理和改進現有仿真模型的不足,筆者簡單綜述了真空斷路器開斷電容器組的仿真研究現狀,基于ATP-EMTP電磁暫態仿真軟件,搭建了真空斷路器投切35 kV電容器組的三相電路並考慮了三芯電纜、斷路器三相間的耦合參數。模擬了繼電保護動作時,真空斷路器快速合—分閘電容器組的操作,並仿真了首開相重燃、兩相同時重燃、母線對地電容瞬間變化等因素對投切電容器組過電壓的影響。仿真結果表明:繼電保護動作,母線對地電容發生瞬間性變化導致“虛擬截流”現象以及多相重燃是事故的主要原因。最後提出幾點開斷並聯電容器過電壓的抑制措施。
Abstract:
In order to explore the mechanism of overvoltage when vacuum breaker breaking 35 kV shunt capacitors and improve the simulation model,a general review of simulating researches on vacuum circuit breakers switching off shunt capacitors is given. The paper established a three-phase simulation of the VCB switching off shunt capacitors in ATP-EMTP to simulate the field tests based on the models,and cable parasitic parameters is considered in the simulation. The statistics results show that the main reason of such accidents is relay protection take action, virtual closure phenomenon caused by the fluctuation of bus-ground capacitance and multi-phase reignition. Finally, the suppression measures of the overvoltage caused by the breaking shunt capacitors are presented.
