摘要:
快速直流斷路器是切除直流電網故障必不可少的設備,而其開斷容量難以達到直流電網的要求,通過限流器和斷路器的配合能夠有效提升斷路器的開斷能力,從而確保直流電網安全運行。文中在深入開展快速機械斷路器的特性的基礎上,對斷路器與直流限流器的配合問題進行研究:首先,分析機械斷路器的開斷原理,通過MATLAB/Simulink建立直流斷路器電弧特性仿真模型;然後,根據直流電網電壓等級、開斷電流大小和開斷時間等不同要求,研究限流器對斷路器開斷時間、開斷瞬間峰值電壓的影響, 仿真分析與之相匹配的限流類型及其參數值優化方法;最後,根據超導帶材的數學模型,搭建了電阻型超導故障限流器(RSFCL)的仿真模型,用可變電阻模擬超導限流器失超過程的電阻變化,進一步分析限流器對開斷過程的影響,上述工作對直流超導限流器的直流電網應用有重要指導意義。
Abstract:
Fast DC circuit breaker is essential equipment for fault removal of DC power grid, however its breaking capacity is insufficient to meet the requirements of DC power grid. Fortunately, the cooperation of current limiter and circuit breaker can effectively improve breaking capacity of the circuit breaker, so as to ensure safe operation of the DC power grid. In this paper, an arc characteristic simulation model of high voltage DC circuit breaker is established by using MATLAB/Simulink according to the principle of the circuit breaker in order to investigate the effects of current limiter on the circuit breaker with respect to the breaking time and transient over-voltage. Subsequently, a model of the resistance-type superconducting fault current limiter (RSFCL) is built according to the superconducting belt model for the purpose of adopting variable resistance to simulate the change of resistance in the superconductivity-losing process of the current limiter, and for further analyzing the effect of the current limiter on the breaking process of the circuit breaker. This work may provide a reference for application of DC superconducting current limiter to DC power grid.
