摘要:
當前SF6歐式環網櫃在國內10 kV配電網中得到廣泛應用,但是在與三芯電纜連接時常常因爲電纜芯線截取過長導致彎曲應力過大,對套管造成破壞。文中基于Ansys有限元分析軟件對不同長度和不同型號的電纜芯線對套管産生的作用力進行了仿真分析,並通過試驗驗證了仿真結果。結果表明,芯線截取過長時套管受力會隨著其高度的增加而明顯降低。通過試驗確定套管允許作用力爲500 N後,建議環網櫃套管高度不應低于800 mm。
Abstract:
SF6 European ring network cabinet is widely used in the domestic 10 kV distribution network nowadays, but when it is connected with the three?core cable, the casing is always damaged by the bending cable core wire, because the large stress is produced for bending of the overlong cable core wire. In this paper, the force to the casing generated by the different lengths and different types of cable core wire is simulated and analyzed based on Ansys finite element analysis software, and the simulation results is verified through the experimental. The results show that when the core wire is cut too long the force to casing decreased significantly with its height increased. After the test to determine the allowable loads(500 N) for the casing, ring network cabinet casing height should not be less than 800 mm.
