摘要:
高壓斷路器是電力系統的關鍵設備,分合閘線圈是斷路器操動機構的核心部件。近年來,分合閘線圈故障時有發生,嚴重影響了電力系統的安全性能。文中研究了高壓斷路器分合閘線圈的回路結構和動作原理,設計了斷路器機構模擬樣機,搭建了斷路器分合閘線圈電流采集試驗平台。基于該平台,獲取了正常和幾種故障情況下的分合閘線圈電流曲線,提取了主要的特征參數並進行了分析,論證了分合閘線圈發生故障時特征參數的變化規律,爲基于電流波形診斷分合閘線圈的運行狀態提供了依據。
Abstract:
High voltage circuit breaker is one of the most important electrical apparatuses and the opening/closing coil is a key component of its operating system. In recent years, the fault of the opening/closing coil has occurred, which seriously affects the safety performance of the power system. In this paper, the loop structure and action principle of a high voltage circuit breaker’s opening/closing coil is studied, the simulation prototype of the circuit breaker mechanism is designed, and a test platform for collecting the current of the circuit breaker is set up. Based on the whole platform, opening/closing coil current is collected both in normal and abnormal conditions. After that,the characteristic parameters of current curves were extracted and the parameters of those curves was analysed. It can be concluded that characteristic parameters of opening/closing coil current will changed obviously when devices have malfunctions. The work of this paper provided test basis for fault diagnosis.
