                摘要:
                減速機是高壓開關操動機構的重要傳動部件,其內部傳動齒輪的強度設計至關重要。文 中以高壓開關操動機構用減速機中的傳動齒輪爲研究對象,首先建立其齒面數學模型,並根據 建立的數學模型求取一對齧合齒輪副的齒面點集;將齒面點集導入SolidWorks軟件中建立齒輪 副的三維實體模型;並將建立的三維實體模型導入Ansys軟件進行有限元仿真分析(FEA),分 析齒輪副最大接觸應力與最大彎曲應力的發生位置,根據強度分析結果指導後續的齒輪優化設 計。文中的研究成果爲操動機構設計提供理論支撐。
                Abstract:
                Gear reducer is an important transmission components in the high voltage switch operating mechanism. And the intensity design of its internal transmission gear is crucial. In this paper, transmission gear in the reducer used in the high voltage switch operating mechanism is studied. Firstly, the mathematical model of the tooth surface for the operating mechanism’s gears is to be established. The tooth surface point set of the point-contact gear pairs could be calculated by the mathematical model, then the three-dimensional meshing model of the gear pairs can be built by adopting SolidWorks software. The three-dimensional model is imported into Ansys software for finite element analysis(FEA), which analyzes of the position that has the maximum of both contact stress and bending stress of this gear pair. The result can be used to direct the optimal design of gears. The research results in this paper provide the theoretical support for the design of actuator.
